Born into the dying breaths of the communist dictatorship in Romania, my parents fled to Germany after the fall of the iron curtain. Quickly I realized that language is the key to people and so I graduated in English, Italian and Theater.
I spent my whole youth at the theater. Starting as a cloakroom attendant and prompter, via assistent director, youth group supervision and workshops with scholars up until being an actor on stage I´ve worked in almost every position at the State-theater Augsburg. With my school finished, I did my actor´s training there and got hired. After a musical production at the State-theater „Gärtnerplatz“ in Munich I was drawn towards the biggest stages of the German-speaking countries and so I moved to Vienna.
There I studied theater, film and media at first. But the way things tend to happen in life, I rediscovered my love at an internship at the Radio station 98.3 Superfly in two senses:
On the one hand my love to spoken word paired with music – so I worked my way up through the position of assistant chief editor until I became the station voice.
On the other hand I met my wife Katherina Varduli – meanwhile we are married and have two children. Together we founded the platform „bebox.at“.
Voice acting became my new passion and so I specialized with my education as a voice actor on commercials learning from Werner Wawruschka (voice professor at the Konservatorium Vienna) and furthermore specializing in audiobooks and documentaries – learning from Wolfgang Pampel (the German voice of Harrison Ford).
Since then I´ve been self-employed as an actor and voice actor, working as the exclusice voice for Gösser or McCafé among others.
Since 2020 I´m trying to give back to the voice actros community and am volunteering as a board member of the austrian voice actorsguild VOICE.
Early in 2021 I founded Mic Rider, a company to help voice artists and actors with the business-side of their selfeployment. Advising them on fee- and usage rights-negotiations, growth exposure and acquisition in one on one coachings and workshops became since then also part of my daily work routine. Together with my professional recording studio, one can find the Mic Rider headquarters since early 2022 in the beautiful Porzellangasse 37/14A in the 9th district of Vienna.
2023 the rise of generative AI put our branch befora a unexpected challange and so we didn´t hesitate and founded – together with 35 other national associations – the first global federation for voice actors. As Co-president of UVA – United Voice Actors, I am representing the german speaking region.

Other than that I put together a professional home-studio, so I can record, arrange and produce from home.
